Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods or peak seasons.

Return Process

  1. Customers are required to fill out the return request form below, including details of the item(s) they wish to return.
  2. The Lazy Pajamas team will review your request and contact you within 3 business days to confirm whether the return is eligible.
  3. Once the return is approved, you may send the item(s) to the Lazy Pajamas return address.
  4. After the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be processed for the eligible transaction.

Important Notes

  • Please do not send any items before receiving return confirmation from the Lazy Pajamas team.
  • Lazy Pajamas reserves the right to decline return requests that do not follow the return procedure.
  • Items received by customers for more than 30 days are not eligible for return.

Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received does not match the order (incorrect model and/or size).
  • The item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
