Signing up will not only make your shopping experience faster, you will also be able to get our latest updates that you would not want to miss. Be sure to give us your most current and accurate information to us. Don’t worry, your information will be kept privately.

We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder’s name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if product is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.

Payment should be made strictly in 12 hours after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email.

You have to confirm your payment at our webstore to validate your purchase or simply contact us through our customer service.

If you can’t transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card or Virtual Account method.

Shipping

Here you can learn how we process, prepare, and deliver your orders with care. We provide clear details on shipping timelines, courier services, and how to track your package easily, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience from our studio to your home.

Packages are generally dispatched within five working days after the order and payment has been received and are shipped via selected courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you the tracking code via your registered e-mail. Furthermore, delivery will only be performed on working days.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please note that any import duties will be borne by the customer, with the amount varies according to the import tax regulation in the countries the recipient resides in.

Return

We want you to love every Lazy Pajamas piece. This section explains our return and exchange guidelines, including eligibility, timelines, and steps to begin a return request — so you can shop with peace of mind.

  • Return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the shipment arrival date (this applies to domestic and international orders).
  • Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
  • Sale items or discounted orders—including those using promo codes, sale pricing, or loyalty points—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Underwear category are non-returnable.
  • Video proof must be provided for complaints.
  • All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
  • Valid tracking information and receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
